  1. *Cancellation Before Shipment*: For orders not yet shipped, cancel via the ‘My Orders’ section on your account, through the Help Center, or by contacting customer support.

 

  1. *Refund Process*: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. For credit/debit card or net banking payments, the refund is credited to the original account. For cash on delivery transactions, a bank transfer is initiated.

 

  1. *Returns and Replacements*: Raise a return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery through your account, Help Center, or via email. The product must be in original packaging for the refund or replacement to be processed.

 

  1. *Damaged or Incorrect Items*: If received damaged, defective, or incorrect items, initiate a return within 15 days. The refund or replacement is processed upon receipt and verification of the returned items.

 

  1. *Return of Free Gifts*: Free gifts received must be returned along with the original product.

 

  1. *Partial Returns*: Partial returns are accepted, but each returned product must include all components and any complimentary gifts.
