- *Cancellation Before Shipment*: For orders not yet shipped, cancel via the ‘My Orders’ section on your account, through the Help Center, or by contacting customer support.
- *Refund Process*: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. For credit/debit card or net banking payments, the refund is credited to the original account. For cash on delivery transactions, a bank transfer is initiated.
- *Returns and Replacements*: Raise a return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery through your account, Help Center, or via email. The product must be in original packaging for the refund or replacement to be processed.
- *Damaged or Incorrect Items*: If received damaged, defective, or incorrect items, initiate a return within 15 days. The refund or replacement is processed upon receipt and verification of the returned items.
- *Return of Free Gifts*: Free gifts received must be returned along with the original product.
- *Partial Returns*: Partial returns are accepted, but each returned product must include all components and any complimentary gifts.
- *Refund Timing*: Refunds are processed post-receipt and verification at the warehouse. Credit/debit card and net banking refunds take 24-48 business hours, plus additional time for bank processing. Bank transfers for COD transactions also follow this timeline.
