- *Packaging*: Chitrashala products are packaged in boxes with an outer plastic layer. Fragile items receive extra protection with bubble wrap, ensuring safe delivery.
- *Shipping Locations*: Chitrashala ships products across India, with plans to expand to more locations.
- *Order Tracking*: After order confirmation, tracking details are sent via email and SMS. Customers can track their orders through the ‘My Orders’ section.
- *Estimated Delivery Time*: Orders are generally dispatched within 1-4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Some products sourced directly from brands may cause slight delays.
- *Multiple Shipments*: Orders may be shipped in multiple parts from different locations, but shipping charges apply only once.
- *Shipping Charges*: Chitrashala applies standard shipping charges for most addresses. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping.
